2 Bar Heavy Duty Reinforced Aluminium Roof Rack For The VW Volkswagen T5 Transporter Van Low Standard Roof.

These roof bars are made from 50mm x 30mm reinforced Anodised Aluminium for many years of corrosion resistance. The other parts are made from 3mm thick pre galvanized steel then powdercoated black, and will also last for many years.

Two Pairs of Adjustable Load End Stops Included.

All fixings and fitting instructions are supplied. No drilling of the roof will be required when fitting this product.

Approximate fitting time 30 mins.

Load carrying capacity - 50kg per bar distributed evenly to the maximum load carrying capacity (refer to vehicle handbook).

Note: Use rear roller VG263/2/R with these roof bars.

This roller is designed to fit VG263/2 2 Bar Roof Rack.

This stainless steel full width roller is mounted on pre galvaized steel channels attached to the rear and middle roof brackets to provide maximum ridgidity. The channels are slotted to provide some adjustment of the roller position. The roller is running in nylon bearings for a smooth rotation.

Note: Restricted roller use on Tailgate model vans.

All fittings are included.

Fitting time approximatly 20 mins.

The new Transporeter T5 roof bars are made from high quality Reinforced Anodised Aluminium for life long performance. They come complete with full length side rails for added strength and style. All rails and fixing brackets are made from pre galvanized steel and black polyester powdercoated and will last a very long time.

You do not need the VW roof rack mounting rails as shown here to use our bars as they simply bolt into the exsisting threaded inserts in the roof. However if your van comes with the VW fixing kit as shown here our roof bars will still fit by sliding our bracktes into the slots in the rails. As you can see we have made the stainless steel bars extra wide maximizing load area using adjustable ladder stops. As there are 4 fixing positions on the roof we decided to make this a 4 bar system.

Carrying capacity is approximately 175kg over the 4 bars.

Swb VW Volkswagen T5 Transporter Van Gallery Roof Rack - Short Wheel Base Swb Van.

The rack has heavy duty stainless steel roof bars and powder coated aluminium side rails.

The roofrack is supplied with a full width stainless steel rear roller for ease of unloading/loading and a full width 2mm galvanised steel wind deflector finished in black powder coat to aid fuel consumption and reduce wind noise.

The roof rack is robust yet lightweight, as the total unpacked weight including roof bracket sets, is 27-29kg.

Spec - SWB (8 bars) – Double/barn rear doors = 2900L x 1400W.

Spec - SWB (7 bars) – Tailgate = 2700L x 1400W.

Cross members - 30mm x 30mm x 1.5mm stainless steel box section.

All fixings and fitting instructions are supplied. No drilling of the roof will be required when fitting this product.
