Volkswagen VW Caddy Van Two Bar Reinforced Aluminium Roof Rack 2004 On.

These roof bars are made from 50mm x 30mm Reinforced Anodised Aluminium for many years of corrosion resistance. They are extra wide for carrying 4'' wide sheets. They also have 4 adjustable ladder stops. The other parts are made from 3mm thick pre galvanized steel then powdercoated black, and will also last for many years.

All fixings and fitting instructions are supplied. No drilling of the roof will be required when fitting this product.

Approximate fitting time 30 mins.

Load carrying capacity - 50kg per bar distributed evenly to the maximum load carrying capacity (refer to vehicle handbook).

3 Bar Heavy Duty Reinfoirced Aluminium Roof Rack For The VW Volkswagen Caddy Van 2004 on.

This is a brand new 3 bar roof rack made from 50mm x 30mm Reinforced Anodised Aluminium cross members and powdercoated galvanized steel clamp brackets. It has a floating rear bar sitting on the roof with a rubber pad. Our roller Kit VG225/R could be attatched to the rear bar for easy ladder loading.

Also available for this rack are our VGFLS front load stops to avoid loads slipping forward under braking.

4 Adjustable ladder stops are included in the price!

No drilling of the roof needed to fit this product. All fixings and instructions are provided Safe working load 125 kgs. Approximate fitting time 45 mins.

All the cross and side bars are made from 50mm x 30mm Reinforced Anodised Aluminium for life long corrosion resistance, all other parts are made from pre galvanized steel and then polyester powdercoated. The roller on the rear bar is full width and runs in nylon bearings for a smooth rotation.

Two Pairs of Adjustable Load End Stops Included.

Front load stops VGFLS can be fitted to this rack to stop loads from slipping forward under braking.

Full fitting instructions & Fixings are supplied.
